"Fenwick June 21st 1837

The united assoceate Session met in the Session house and was Constiuited by
the Rev William Orr moderator with praise and prayer and was Succeded in the
Same Excercies by Alexd Watt were present along with them John Taylor John
Dunlop John Gemmil William Young James Dunlop Alexd Gemmil James Boyd and
Andrew Pecken The Session Entered on the Consideration of John Wallaces Case
and after Consultation agreed that he be Called before the Session this Day
Compeared John Wallace and after a number of questons put to him by the
Moderator Concerning the State of the transaction in this Case and as an
help to open up the way for the Session to procede in the busness Tow
motions were moved and Seconded first was to Delay and apoint a Committee
the Second motion was to Rebuck and Continue the Suspension for Some time
the first motion was carried and the Session appointed William Young Alexd
Gemmil James Young and James Boyd a Committee to try as far as possably to
make Reconceilation between frinds and the parities Concerned in this
bussness and Report to the Session granted a Certificate to Robert Wallace
and his wife
