William Richmond, 49, May 29, 1864 at Saltcoats,
Single, Illegitimate (It surprises me that this stigma followed to the
grave, regardless of your age)
William Richmond, Miner (dec) and Jean Fraser,
Thomas Reid, Brother-in-law.

Elizabeth Taylor, 3, June 4, 1864 at Saltcoats,
Single,
Duncan Taylor, Shipsmaster, and Mary Martin,
Jane Kerr, Aunt.

It will take me a couple of weeks to finish the 1865 registers (if my films
all come in).
