"Fenwick October 16 1836

The united assoceate Session of Fenwick met in the manse and was Constituted
by the Rev William Orr moderator were present along with him William Gemmil
John & Thomas Taylor David Dunlop Alexr Watt Robert Lindsay John Gemmil and
James Young the moderator Reported that James Taylor laigharness had applyed
to him for baptism to his child and not haveing Clearness to Grant his
Request laid his case before the Session The Session heard the Report and
agreed that he shall be called before the Session at there first meetting
which is to take place on Thursday the 27 instant at half past 5 oclock
afternoon Granted a Certificate to Mrs Turner
