Note the proposed union with the Relief church. (Happy Holidays everyone)

"Fenwick 12th Augt 1835
The Un: Ass: Session met, and was constituted by the Moderator with praise,
and prayer, who was succeeded in the same exercises by Alexr Watt. Were
present with them Wm & John Gemmell, John & Thos Taylor, John & David Dunlop
& Jas Young - The committee appointed converse with Martha Cunningham
reported that they had made some enquiry into her case but were not prepared
to recommend her to the Session in the meantime The Session reappointed this
committee along with the Moderator - David Dunlop is appointed to warn John
Steel to attend next monthly meeting - Thos Turner and his wife presented a
verbal petition to be admitted to the discipline of the church - Delayed the
consideration of this case till proper certificates be produced - Delayed
Margt Dunns case till Jas Browns report be given in - Reviewed the poors
roll, and the communicant roll in view of the Lords Supper - Granted a
certificate to David Dunlop - Conversed about the proposed union with the
Relief Church - Considered some plans of increasing our aid to missionary
operations according to a recommendation of the Presbytery - Agreed to
submit the matter to the congregation
Closed with prayer"
