The assoat Session met in the meatting house and beinge constutetd by the
Revd James Deuar Mod were present Willeam Gemmel James Dunlop John Taylor the
comatie apointed to convers with Willeam Shils give in a favorable report &
recomended him for absulition Willeam Shills being present mod put a few
qastions to him to which satisfienge ansurs were given the vot was stated
absolve or not it caried absolv absolved acordingly and ordred him to apire
befor the congreation on saboth first to hav the saim intmated to him (lined
out "same time ordered to be ware of rash speking")
