Go to the main Ayrshire GenWebPage at:
http://www.rootsweb.com/~sctayr/index.html

Look under `Ayrshire Resource Information Links` and click on `For
details of resources covering East Ayrshire ` this will take you to page
which lists the newspapers and indexes and other resources available for
East Ayrshire. North and South are there as well with email addresses
for the relevant historian/district.
