When reading the census. I am wondering about the 1 between the town and the first name given. Is there a meaning to it. I am thinking that it goes with the name and not the town nor the page number. Is it just "one" Robert ? Is each persons name living in a separate household unless the "do" is written after the name.? I realize this is a dumb question, but ..... Donna
