With regards to the question about what to expect..........I just
received my great grandmother's will dated 1929. I too live in Canada,
and Ewan is correct, the original response took quite a while. Once I
sent the money, I had the will within two weeks. Obviously there is no
way of assuring what information you will receive, but for about 16
Canadian dollars, I received 7 pages and I consider it a worthwhile
investment. This particular will named heirs, witnesses (one a
previously unknown rellie), trustees, addresses, and a complete listing
of assets. As with all documents, the more you read it, the more little
tidbits you pick up on. Good luck.
