I believe there are pre- 1855 Free Church registers for Maybole, at Nat.
Archives Scotland.

No doubt Maybole Free Church is listed there too.

Maybe it's appropriate to ask- do you REALLY need to see that marriage
entry? What do you expect to gain from it?

IF you want to determine the ancestry of bride and groom then look for
their parents' names. Get the deaths records for John and Agnes! You may
be lucky.
