I have just spent some time in the Origins site and am in the process of typing
up my 60 pages of notes...

Surnames are Brownlee, Allan, Anderson, Dixon (possibly), Baxter, (again,
possibly) and Houston. Most are from the Dalry, Ayr area; some from Lanarkshire.
The branch I'm researching is Robert Brownlee, b. 5 Jan. 1860, m. Susanna Allan,
b. 1862, on 31 Dec. 1883. Their son Joseph is my husband's ggrandfather.

If anyone thinks they might have a link to my surnames, please let me know and
I'll see what I have.
