I am seeking information on the marriage of a Canadian soldier in
Scotland or England at about 1918-19.

Alexander Lentz married (spouses name unknown) at the end of WW1.

As my Grandfather was from the same town in Canada as Alexander and
married in Glasgow in 1918 whilst serving in the Canadian Forces, this
list seemed as good a place as any to start.

My question?? Does anyone have any idea at all where I could start
searching, given the lack of available information? Oh yes! He was
probably Roman Catholic.

My apologies for the vagueness of this posting. If anyone can offer me
any advice (keep it positive-grin), I would be very grateful.
