Subject: MacMans, location of places, parish lists

I need some help in the following three areas:
1. I am looking for counties and/or parishes in Scotland who had
MacMans or MacManns in the 1650-1750 period. (Black notes a
reference to the family in the Dingwall area of Inverness in 1649.)
MacMahon is the other variation which would be helpful.
I am working with a reference point of Glasgow in 1740.
2. I would like to find the following places mentioned in Black,
p. 540: Urray, Ballemeanaich and Mortlach parish. They
don't appear on any maps I currently have.
3. I would like to have a source for a list of all parishes broken
out by county. I think one was posted recently but I cannot
find it again.
With this information I I hope to find matches with Craigs or
Craiges in the same period, and then try to do some research.
Thanks in advance for your help and advice.
