I'm sure that many of us will be looking forward to an easier way of
lookups. "Convictions" is good as far as it goes, but it never seems to
have the people/vessels which I want!

Peter Hooper asked about Di's reference to "the 1836-1851 database".
Where is this available please? I have found a number of user friendly
resources for the period up to, say, 1842 which cover a number of my
relies, but after that it seems almost a ship by ship search. Is there
an easier way, please?
