In the early stages of history - most Priests (catholic) for instance
had a healthy scepticism with the Govt and thus didn't forward paper
work for children that they baptised and furthermore encouraged parents
by telling them not to bother.

I am hoping SKS can help with my query.

What would be possible reasons for not registering births of children. I
have numerous children from one family who are not registered.

Any comments would be greatly received.
