The BISA is a biographical Index of South Australians 1836-1885. It was a
bicentenary project by the SAGHS I believe. A mammoth task. While it is
incomplete and has some errors, it is an excellent starting point. Keep
in mind that the resource we have today was not available when this project
was undertaken.
