I have hoteliers book by Bob Hoad which covers 1836- 1984
No mention of a Mitchell, (there are 51 hotels with a MItchell as
licensee in book, so what name are you looking for) as licensee
of the Gepps Cross Hotel which is located at
cnr Main North Rd and Grand Junction Rd Blair Athol.

As the book index is in Surnames without given names,
it would help locate if it was another hotel now not in existence
if the surname is known. let me know and I will okk fiuther for you.

Nearest cemetery is in Enfield adjacent suburb.
Enfield Memorial cemetery, but it may not have been
in existence then.

There is an older cemetery at North Rd Nailsworth a
few Kilometres south of Gepps Cross they maybe in there

Do you have a wifes maiden name as there are 24 Mitchells
on marriages CD in 1842-1915 with Henry in given names.
or parents names or names of any children etc. give us all you
currentlyknow on names and dates as it helps look for them.
