These cuttings probably come from "The Murray Pioneer" a newspaper that is
based in Renmark (25km from me). At the time it was the only newspaper in
this part of South Australia, and is still in production. At that time it
was a weekly paper. They have a very good archive of their old editions. I
go there every now and then, and will check for a couple of your cuttings
when next I visit - not before May.
Currently the same family owns four newspapers - The Murray Pioneer,
serving Renmark, Berri and Barmera, - The Loxton News in Loxton - The River
News in Waikerie - and the Bunyip in Gawler.
There are a couple of books on Waikerie that are availble in local
libraries here, and I will check in them to see what mention is made of the
Lehmann (a well known name in Waikerie and SA) and Gosling families.
Cheers
gm
