There is an index of matrimonial petitions to the Supreme Court of SA, from
the commencement of the legislation. It is to be found in the Public Record
Office of SA (now State Records) publication titled, 'Gude to Records
relating to Women', published in 1988. Appendices 23, 24 and 25 relate, and
Appendix 24 is particularly pertinent, as it is an index to petitions found
in GRG 36/51 for the period 1859 to 1893. The index is not to my knowledge
on the internet.
