Hi everyone

Could someone please help me with some information regarding wills.

I believe that my gggrandfather owned a number of farm properties which he left to different children. I'm trying to determine exactly where these properties were and who inherited what. My ggg was William CHILDS who died in 1928 in OB Flat near Mount Gambier. His wife Anne CHILDS died in 1934. The properties were all in Glencoe near Mt Gambier.

Now for my questions.

Will Williams's will give me information about these properties? Is it possible to obtain a copy of his will and if so how, where and how much?? I live too far away from Adelaide to attend an office in person so how would I request a copy, if it is possible?

Because Anne died after William, would it be better to obtain her will instead or better to get them both? Would she have had a will??

I would be extremely grateful if someone could help me with these questions.
