Hello Rade,

Gumeracha is in the Adelaide Hills, north of Woodside and near Mount
Pleasant. It is quite hilly and in the early days there was a lot of
woodcutting (stringy bark). Have just visited there and see that the grapes
are now stretching into that region.

There is a Historical society who are very helpful ...... suggest you write
to them. As it's a very small place, so if you just write to the Historical
Society, Gumeracha, it will reach them. Don't forget to enclose a donation
as per the custom when to volunteer organizations.

Kindest Regards ...... Corinne in Melbourne.
