Evening all.

To keep the pot boiling I am posting my surnames and the names I would like
to find more info on. If anyone can help with information I shall faint,
but it is worth a try.
My main family is COURTOY, also known as JERKINS, who arrived on the South
Australian in 1837. Their kids married into HAYNES, McAULAY, TREWAVAS,
GERMAIN, COMBE and mostly spread out from SA.

Those who stayed behind married into DAVIS, SQUIRE, CASSIDY, BARKER, MOLLER,
BARRY, MURCH, SWAN, COURTO (from Tasmania) OSBORNE, and TRUMBULL (who died
in Cape Town South Africa - he was an American from Connecticut)

I would like to know anything on the following Streets in Woodville, SA,
- Courtoy St (Behind the Halfway House Hotel, 666 Port Road, - why was it
called that?),
Osborne Cres and Haynes Ave, Woodville area - same question as I suspect
they were named after the families on my tree. Does anyone know anything
about these street names and why they got called these particular names?

I can offer look ups of cds for SA - to 1905ish, Vic - to 1920ish and NSW to
1920ish, and Tasmanian Pioneers Index. I also have the full list of
passengers and crew from the Buckinghamshire, and the passenger list from
the South Australian 22.4.1837 on my web site, and the list of convicts (and
their crimes) from HMS Calcutta to Tasmania in 1803. I am a 5th generation
Australian on my mothers side and 4th for my fathers side and I am happy to
share all information.

I am also interested in finding HAYNES descendants in NSW - they married
into REID, CUNNINGHAM, COULL/POWER and I think Emily remarried to Leslie
KINNANE. I would love to find this family to complete the tree.
