Joseph Sylvester O'Halloran died in Gloucestershire (according to the
Biographical Index of SA). However it is likely that he had property in
both England and Australia which would necessitate his executors obtaining
probate in both jurisdictions. depending on where you live it might be
cheaper to obtain the probate records from the Probate Divison of the
Supreme Court of SA, King William St., Adelaide, where the cost would be
$9-10, as I understand that Somerset House has recently increased the fee
astromically.
