I am looking for information about the following family:

Lemuel (Lem) Stanford SNEED b. 29 Jan 1845; d. ?; buried New Home
Cemetery, Prescott, Nevada Co., AR. He married 2 times. First to
Martha ? They had the following children:

1. Willie R. SNEED b. 30 Oct 1878; d. 5 Jan 1940
2. Ellen SNEED b. 28 Jan 1882 in Prescott, AR; d. ?

His second wife was Harriet Emily BROWN b. 15 Oct 1866; d. 1940 in
Prescott, AR; bur Kay Cemetery, Prescott, AR. Their children were:

1. George Nelson SNEED b. 2 Oct 1888 in Prescott; d. 21 May 1974 in
Clayton, NM; he married (1) Marie HOTCHKISS; (2) Maude Excella GRIFFETH;
(3) Mae LESLIE.
2. Myrtle (Myrtie) SNEED b. 3 June 1890 in Prescott; d. 1 May 1993 in
Dewitt, AR. She married Omega Vaughn 7 May 1906.
3. Virgil A. SNEED b. 8 June 1892 in Prescott; d. 15 July 1907 in
Prescott
4. James Andrew SNEED b. 27 May 1894; d. 15 Nov 1894 in Prescott
5. Hazel Melinda SNEED b. 18 Dec 1900 in Prescott; d. 18 May 1985 in
San Bernadino Co., CA; married (1)? ESTES about 1918 in Prescott; m. (2)
Herman Alexander KIMBROUGH 18 Mar 1922.
6. Lillard Marvin SNEED b. 28 Mar 1903 in Prescott; d. 17 Nov 1974 in
Prescott; bur Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
7. Lemuel Stanford (Baby) SNEED Jr. b. 18 Mar 1905 in Prescott; d. 28
Mar 1905 in Prescott; bur Kay Cemetery, Prescott
8. Ira Thomas SNEED b. 1 Dec 1896 in Prescott; d. 2 March 1977; buried
Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Prescott; married Lizzie/Bessie REEVES

I have been told that George and Hazel left AR on a wagon train going to
CA. He decided to stay in NM when they got there. She evidently went
on to CA at some point.

The SNEED'S lived outside of Prescott on the road to Delight. There was
a SNEED Schoolhouse in the area they lived. Other than that, I don't
know anything about the family.
