Ok i know Raymond A Hobbs was put in the Arkansas State Hospital in
1939,what i would like to know is how does a wife and children live?can they get
welfare or some kind of help from the goverment,i know Raymond had a least six
children,and i,am kinda thinking his wife divorced him after his breakdown is
this possible?i always heard they could not,
