There is a mental hospital in Vinita Oklahoma - Eastern State Hospital, which is closer to Lincoln County than Little Rock, Arkansas. You can request records. They have their own cemetery there - and it includes unmarked graves. Unless you know for certain that Raymond was brought to Little Rock, you might check out the hospital in Vinita.
