I wouldn't stay at the one on Broadway. I don't live in Little Rock now but
when I did I certainly wouldn't have considered that a safe area, especially
at night. If the Medical Arts Center one is on Markham that isn't far from the
Capitol. Really, I went from the Arkansas Dept. of Health on Markham to the
Capitol in about 5 min. You may want to go to the Dept. of Health/Vital
Records in your search anyway.
