The url above is for TX death records from 1964 to 98.
There are eleven possibles there. Unfortunately TX
does not apppear to show maiden names, though
it does show that some were widows. Might be worth
going to the site and following up those shown as
widowed in their individual counties.
...again, just a possibility.
