How would I obtain a copy of a marriage certificate/license in
Arkansas prior to 1850? The gentlemen below were brothers and both of
them were Methodist ministers. The first couple were my
GGG-Grandparents and I would love to know who performed the ceremony,
the bondsman and witnesses if any of that information is available.
