Do you mean Ouachita Baptist Univ at Arkadelphia? They have the county
archives as well as books, etc., produced by the Clark County Historical
Association. They are in the Special Collections of the Ouachita
Library. They also have microfilm of the Southern Standard and the
Siftings Herald.
