I found a marriage listed for: Wiley R. Parker, 27, to Roberta O'Neal, 18, on December 29, 1895, Book #J, Page #454. Records are at Clark County Court House, Arkadelphia, Arkansas.

This information can be found on page 105 of the Clark County, Arkansas - A Genealogical Source Book, compiled by Pauline Williams Wright and Barbara McDow Caffee, Gateway Press Inc., Baltimore, 1982.
