It would have been Clark County. That is the only county these books are on.
If you want a copy of the marriage bond, lisc...you can get this from the
Riley-Hickingbotham Library AKA Clark County Historical Association. The web

Good Luck :) Gosh...I wish that marriage was a little later. I'm looking for
a Manerva ? who had been married to a Justiss in Clark County about in the
1860's...Justiss could have been Jestuss....What a close match. huh? Oh
