Write that this way:

( SE 1/4-- S 34 -Twp 6S -R19W-5th PM)
Which means:
The SouthEast quarter of Section 34 , Township 6 South, Range 19 West. of the
5th Principal Meridan.

And it is very easy to learn how to plot this on a county map. It just look
hard. The trouble is find a map with the ranges in place. Some of my sites
have them.
