I'm new to this list and have sent a inquiry out to the "list owner" and
haven't heard anything. Do we have one? I just want to make sure I'm doing
things how he/she prefers....???

I am researching the following surnames. Anybody researching the same or who
may have information on any of them, please e-mail.

ROBERT WESLEY TILLMAN b 1827 Manchester,Coffee TN. Married ELIZABETH ?
probably around 1846. Together they had three children that I know of. ALVIS
W. TILLMAN b 1849, Greene County, MO and CALVIN W. TILLMAN b 1847, Greene
County, MO. MARY E. TILLMAN b 1854 d 1875, LIDDIE (LYDIA) C. TILLMAN b 1851,
d1895 married WM. CLOUD. The family was in Greene County, MO on the 1850
census and then dissapears until they resurface in 1868. Elizabeth's place
of birth was on the 1850 MO census as MS. Don't know her last name or where
her and Robert married??

ALVIS W. TILLMAN MARRIED FANNIE PEEPLES on 1/19/1876 in Clark County,
Arkansas. Together they had 7 children.

ALVIS T. TILLMAN b 1878 d 1917 - Married Mary Delia PULLEN
Carrie Tillman - Married Luke CHILDERS
Dorothy Tillman - Married John CHILDERS
Sam Tillman b8/1886 d 7/1968 - Married Mitt MCELHANON
Katherine Tillman - Married Chives HAAND (2) Herman OSBORN
Connie Tillman - Married Paul GRIER

CALVIN W. TILLMAN MARRIED MATTIE YOUNG in 1870. Together they had ED, JAMES,
EMMA & ETNA. ED HAD TWO SONS. RODNEY TILLMAN and HOWARD TILLMAN who may
have moved to MO.

I have a ARTHUR TILLMAN that I don't know who he goes with?? Arthur had a
daughter who married a JOHN BROCKET who lived in Texas.

The family of Alvis T. Tillman ended up moving to Graysonia where Alvis
helped run the commisary at the mill. (store) He had 6 children with Delia
Pullen. Their childrens names were

ETHEL TILLMAN - DIED 1917 - AGE 16
ALVIS FAYE TILLMAN - MARRIED MILLIE PRINCE
EDITH TILLMAN - MARRIED DALTON DAVIS
FRED TILLMAN - DIED AS A BABY
MARY TILLMAN - MARRIED DOYLE FAULKNER
GEORGE TILLMAN b 1915- MARRIED COY MAE MODISETT OF PIKE COUNTY.

ALSO RELATED TO MODISETT, LIGHTFOOT, JOHNSONS, BARNWELL, JONES (OF CANADA-
MIGRATED TO MONTANA THEN CALIFORNIA) WOODIN, ELLIOTT.
