I am beginning to research the Jenkins, Taylor, Wimley (or Wimbly, Wemberley, and Wimberly) surnames...my line includes Eliza Jane, or Louisa Jane Jenkins (nee Taylor?) b abt 1842-48VA, moved thru TX, LA, and AR, and had daus Fanny and Maranda (or Manda, Miranda, Mirandy)

Wimleys (sp) are Hiluid (Hilliard) , Ida, Lawson and Ethel...

These surnames were at one time seen around Pickens, Drew, Dumas, and Walnut Lake, and later migration included Stuttgart, Arkansas Post, and Flint/Detroit, MI

Thanks
