ARKANSAS. MY SISTER BARBARA JOAN WELCH BORN SEPT 25 1948 IN FORT SMITH,AR.
LIVE'D WITH HER.GRANDMOTHER WENT BY BETH SHE LIVE'D WITH HOBARD LOE PERKINS. SO
MY SISTER MIGHT HAVE WENT BY THE NAME LAST NAME TAYLOR OR PERKINS.THEY ONCE
LIVE'D IN LITTLE ROCK,AR,SNOW BALL,AR.THAT I KNOW OF.IF SOME KIND SOUL COULD LOOK
THEM UP.FOR ME.THAT LIVE IN AR.I WOULD BE SO GREATFULL TO THEM. LYDIA IS MY
GRANDMOTHER,I NEVER NEW.AND I'D LIKE TO FIND MY SISTER.I ONLY SAW ONCE.IF YOU
