Searching for info re Samuel A Prince & Susana 1850-75 Poinsett County, AR.
William & Sarah/Sary Prince, Mitchell Twp, St Francis Co/Poinsett Co/Cross
Co from 1834, 36, etc tax records, 1850 census, Sarah 1860 census Mitchell
Twp with Thomas Prince close by. Jesse Barnes & Elender Prince Barnes,
Mitchell Twp about 1850, Harmon & Rachel Prince Coburn, William Coburn, Sam
Coburn, ca 1850-1860 Cross and Poinsett Counties.
Hiram & Margaret Malissa Prince Christy, William Jasper b 1872 and Jennie
Sterman/Stearman Christy Trumann, AR., Samuel W. Christy b 1874, & Annie
Frank Widger, Truman AR and surrounding counties in MO and MS.
John Pugh who lived with one of the Prince men ca 1860 or a little later.
Would be in Poinsett County, probably. William and possibly Sarah Pugh, who
had a daughter named Dora ca 1907, before moving to Texas and splitting up.
They went to San Antonio area, or at least Dora and her mother did. Lived
somewhere along Arkansas River before that.
David b ca 1834 In, & Perlina Lewis b MO., Simeon Pierson/Pearson b 1866 MO
and Nancy Mabry Lewis b ca 1870. Joseph Green Lewis b ca 1872, AR and Edna,
1920 census Heber Springs, AR.
Some of these folks were in Stone County, others in Jackson, White,
Independence, Searcy, Craighead, and probably others, over the years. Also,
if anyone knows of a good Prince research group, I'd love to get some info
on them.
