Subject: [AR-SURNAMES] 1900 CENSUS Help MASTERSON
Date: Mon, 21 Jul 2003 17:36:36 -0400
Hi List,
I have the following 1880 census from Familysearch. I am interested in this
family and mostly their daughter Emma. I am hoping that she is still living
at home for the 1900 Census.
If someone has the 1900 census index for Arkansas, I would like to find the
ED, Page, town and county for this Masterson family.
I have the marriage doc. for Emma Masterson in Marianna, Lee County,
Arkansas. This was in 1902 and she gives her age as 23 and living in
Marianna. The marriage date was 25 Dec. 1902. I would like to find some
way of verifying that the Emma listed below on the 1880 is my Emma. The
name of the father may or may not be a transcription error. I have seen
such errors far too many times. My gr. grandfather, Nelker's name was
written down as Adkas for the 1891 census in Ontario. I have been looking
for the parents for Emma for over 10 years. She is my husband's
grandmother. I have a handwritten notation by my father-in-law that his
mother was from Missouri.
