I wonder if you could find a newspaper notice in the Logan co. Ar. newspaper
of a Charles Garis/Garris who died sometime between 1879/80. He was alive in
1870 Johnson co./Logan co. census but in 1880 his family was in Pope co. and
his wife listed herself as widowed.
