NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Ancilliary Administrator of the estate of Jacob L Wasson, deceased, late of Wagoner, Indian Territory, will apply to the Probate Court of Crawford County, at the November, 1904 Term thereof, for an order to sell the following lands to said estate and situate in Crawford County, Arkansas, to-wit:

The Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section Eleven (11), Township Nine (9), North, Range Thirty-one (31) West for the purpose of paying the debts of said Jacob L Wasson, deceased. August 31, 1904. Ben L Moore, Ancilliary Andminister of the Estate of Jacob L Wasson, deceased.
