If I were you, the first thing I'd do is visit the Baxter County USGENWEB
site where Mt. Home is located, and ask about the county newspaper. Someone
on their list might be will to do a look-up.
Do the same thing on the Harness marriage. Flag is located in Stone County.
I just had a thought and maybe Ed Sanders can answer this. Wasn't there a
Mt. Home located near Pangburn?
