The only suggestion I have is to remember that Yell County has TWO
county seats--Danville and Dardanelle.
Dardanelle almost certainly had a newspaper in print in the period you
mention.
Dutch Creek is an old site and still occupied. There is a Dutch Creek cemetery.
However, there is no Walnut Tree in Yell county.
I wonder if you do not mean Waltreak which is between Blue Ball and
Dutch Creek.
Take care that you search for the correct name when seeking your
grandmothers' death records. We generally think of our ancestors by
their maiden names, but death records will be indexed by the final
MARRIED name.
