Carrie,
If you know something good or helpful about any bill being pondered by a
legislature anywhere, it seems it could hardly be out of place to urge
its adoption, especially if you have experience with such a bill. Email
allows us to comment without being pegged as to a place, so I should
think an out-of-state writer's urging might be as significant as any
other. Harried legislators need comments which are brief and on point
and helpful. Thanks for your interest.
