Hi Mildred,

I checked the 30th Infantry and didn't find your soldiers listed there.
They were not listed in the Arkansas Confederate Pension Index and not
in the 1911 Confederate Veterans Interviews.

I will send this email on to Edward G. Gerdes and Bryan R. Howerton and
perhaps they can find them. It isn't unusual for this to happen. Many
records were lost or burned and few survived the last year of the war.
