I have Benjamin Franklin Bennett, b. 9/5/1826, Alabama, d. 10/13/1873,
Mississippi County, AR. He married Frances G. Kelley, 1846, Shelby Co., TN
and was there for the 1850 census. They migrated to Mississippi Co., AR and
became and landowner and farmer. He and family were included in the
Mississippi Co., AR census of 1860 in Scott Township. I show that he is the
BFB that joined the Confederate Army in Monticello on 5/3/1862. No age is
listed for BFB on his enlistment and muster forms. Have you proof that the
Benjamin Franklin Bennett in question was born in Georgia rather than
