President DuVal of the Ex-confederate association of Sebastian County, makes
an appeal for aid for S W Spires, who served in the Twenty-second
Mississippi Infantry, and also in the Fourth Cavalry, of the same state. He
is in destitute circumstances and needs financial aid.
