Good morning:
Has anyone had recent experience with the American
Baptist Hist. Soc. in Rochester NY? Back in Dec, I
sent a request along with the $25 fee, but to date I
have received nothing. I sent them e-mail in Feb, and
they replied they were short staffed, but to ask again
(they didn't mind the "squeaky wheel" etc.)....
I sent e-mail again in late April, and have had no
response. I left voice mail last week. I would ask
for my $$ back, but I really need them to take a look
at a few church records for my client. This is not
extensive research. My check was cashed in March.
Any advice? I have used them before, and got timely
results (over 5 yrs. ago).
