I agree with all that has been said about software programs. But will add
that special attention needs to be paid to the program ability to allow for
proper source citation. This seems to be the one portion of the programs often left
out of the reviews.
The program should allow the sources to be printed with every report and you
should not have to fit your source citation to the program, the program should
except the complete citation format.
