Subject: Guardianships - To Go

I just finished a research commission in which we found
a guardianship filed by a step-father in a different
county from which the father had died and some 3 years
after the death.

Interestingly, this "Guardian" had uncovered property
and money due his wards. Following the annual reports
for six years we found that the Guardian mostly wanted
to "repay" himself.
