Do we have someone on this list who (a) owns "family information" pages that
once upon a time were in a family Bible but no longer are--or photocopies of
such a critter; and (b) would not mind their material being used for a
citation model in the next Evidence? If so, please contact me offline.

The citation would need to include a brief description of what you have and
a brief account of its provenance: who probably created it (and why you
think so), the chain of title from that person down to you (if known) or how
you acquired it, and your current town/state or province (but not your exact
street address).
