I for one love the Family History Library. There are too many good and
wonderful things to say about it to list here. I say my thanks for it every
day. I have been treated well and fairly. Ditto for the groups I bring
there. I feel the same for the SL Plaza. I have always felt wanted and
totally at home.
I have no complaints except that I wish the FHL was in MY back yard.

<As President of the SLC APG I've been wondering for some time now, just
what the general concensus is concerning the FHL and those of us who work
out of this Library. Is there nothing good that can be said? It hasn't
seemed so to me, of course I've only been following the APG newsletter about
a year now. . . . We do the best we can with what we have - and - for what
it's worth - we have a more available than most of you who come here for
visitation rights a week or two out of the year.>
Ahh, yes, Jane. Folks do vent their frustrations over incidences and caution
against assumptions that everything is in one place (whatever the place),
but I'm willing to bet that everybody on this list would be willing to stand
up and sing . . .
God Bless the FHL--
The library we all love!
Stand beside her, and guide her,
With your thoughts, lots of praise, and a bit of dough.
>From the mountains, to the prairies,
To the oceans our forebears roamed,
God bless the FHL--
our home away from home. (We wish!)
